My Name is Malcolm, I'm a Young Christian Adult looking forward to going to Sheridan College (The Best Art School in Canada) in September.

I'm a Conceptualist at heart. I love Superheroes and what they represent. I'm the kind of guy that always tries to understand the hidden purposes and messages behind things. I picked that skill or sometimes a curse while studying cinema and 3d animation in college. Most of my serious work and projects are extremely thought out. That doesn't mean i meditate for an hour before putting pencil to paper. lol. I Still sketch and draw of the top of my head. Its more of about why the director or artist used this camera angle or how we receive hints all throughout a story that will lead to a huge punch or event.

I love and admire innovation or people that can unite old school and new school to create something altogther new. Something that can honor the traditional but still challenge the new. So I listen to music that does that. I watch movies that do that and I try to do that myself in my Artwork and Storytelling.

Oh one last thing. When Choosing Comics to read, If I'm not impressed with the art I wont buy it. Its a huge turnoff. Thats part of what drive me to be a better artist. I find that the "Big Guys" set the standards way too low. Some artists out there really don't deserve the contracts they're getting.
